To Lezama

October 10, 2925 from the itinerary: Hike 21 KM from Gernika to Lezama. The hotel, Casa Rural Miamende is in Larrabetzu and off the route. Your host in Gernika will drive you back to the Camino at the start of the day.
The weather again was beautiful and the hike was enjoyable, although still inland. No real photos from today.
Our Hotel had no sign and I thought we were in the wrong place, but the owner was quite nice and welcoming.
We met Anne and Dave from Chicago who had different politics, but were very gregarious. It was only the four of us and two Spaniards at the Inn. We didn't get to know the Spaniards because they had dinner much later that we did.
Anne had some terrible blisters, so they hadn't hiked this day, instead they came to the hotel via car.
I had some spaghetti for dinner and I forgot to specify that I didn't want any egg...
So now have you gotten in the habbit of saying "no egg please" regardless of what you are ordering and where you are located. ;) When I would order "hot tea" in the UK they would look at me strangely, like how else would you want tea? ;)
