Preparing for the Camino





My training plan combined my regular workout plan and alternating 5 mile and 10+ mile walks. Regular workouts - thanks to Lisa - included aerobic, weights and stretching exercises - 4 days on, one day off, 3 days on, one day off. Unfortunately, training on local long distance paths didn’t pan out due to logistics issues.


I was only able to focus train for 3 weeks due to the stent, so, fingers crossed, I am ready.
